October Open Day

Visitors to the Painting for Pleasure Open Day were treated to a lovely selection of tasty cakes, bought or hand-made by our members. Coffee and Walnut for me!

The paintings sessions, morning and afternoon, carried on as usual so visitors could walk around, see the artwork in progress, and chat with members.

The raffle prizes were coming in.... did you win?

Trip to Leamington Art Gallery & Museum

As part of the 'Art of Camouflage' project, a group of us visited The Leamington Art Gallery & Museum to see the ''Concealment and Deception: The work of the Leamington camouflage group in the Second World War". This was a fascinating exhibition showing the work of artists such as Stephen Bone, Leon Underwood, Christoper Ironside, and Colin Moss and other artifacts of interest.
